Cokes Chapel is a mission-minded church. Our congregation is a caring and loving one, so there is a lot going on here. We love each other very much, but we also want to show God’s love to people not in our church. We donate food, money, and supplies to children’s homes, food pantries, thrift stores, and shelters. We give gifts and food at Thanksgiving and Christmas to those less fortunate here in our community and around the world. We sing at nursing homes, prepare and serve meals at Trinity Table, deliver Meals on Wheels – and these are just some of our missions. A lot is being done, but there is much more to do. We all have talents and interests, and hopefully, every member will become involved in some kind of outreach project. Please join us Wednesday, February 8th, at 7:00 in the Fellowship Hall to make our plans for ways we can make a difference in 2017. If you have any questions, please contact Betsy and Earl Bagley at 770-301-2577 or ebbagley@gmail.com.

Keith Simpson has volunteered to drive the church bus and we will be departing the church parking lot at 4pm. For more information, please contact Bobby Kirk, 404-512-8890.

We have two accomplished dancers who are members forming a Sacred Liturgical dance group for our church! Your child/youth interested? No need for dance experience, just a heart for worship and expression.  First planning meeting: Sunday, February 12 at 12:10 – 1:10 in the Fellowship Hall. Lunch will be provided with reservations. Please contact the church office to make your reservations. More information next week!
