The offering time is a very vital part of worship that we are missing by watching the sermon and worship songs online.  But you can continue giving to the Lord’s work by setting up a deduction from your checking account automatically. The process is very simple.  There are two forms you can click on 1. our Tithes and Communion form and 2. the Special offering form.  

Here are some brief explanations about where your offerings are used for the Glory of God.

Tithes/General Budget – These offerings are the main income that takes care of our utilities, our apportionments (projects and missions supported by The United Methodist Church) and our staff’s salaries.  Our staff is still working from home to help keep the church alive and to help keep us tied together online, virtually.

Communion – Our communion offering taken up every week is split up between our Needy family fund for those in our immediate community in need. It is also shared with Luthersville Food Pantry and One Roof.  These funds are very important now that so many have lost their income by not being able to work from home.  There is a drop-down titled FUND that allows you to pick Budget or Communion.

Special Offerings – There are several funds that we have to give to.  Our Children and Youth, our missions, our music ministry and other special offerings you want to help support.  There is a drop-down titled FUND that allows you to pick where you want your special offering applied.
