Disciple Live!
 Deadline to register is TODAY August 18th
Your newly trained facilitators: Don Cobb & Jack Dempsey (Wednesday daytime class); Lynda Hawkins & Lisa Dempsey, (Thursday evening class) are eager to begin!
The majority of interest was in Disciple 1 for both day and evening.  Classes will begin the week of September 3
Signing up at the information table will assure us that you are prepared to start and put you on the email list for important information about your first class date and details.

Yet another part of the Vision to grow disciples!  Coming September 27 & 28 we will be hosting a Prayer Labyrinth weekendwith time for walking, praying & learning from guest speaker, Dr. John Rhodes, past President of the Labyrinth Society. 
To prepare for this weekend, I encourage those interested in planning for this September weekend to join us.  Join us TODAY – SUNDAY, August 18, at 12:15 in the Worship Center.  Help make this yet another Vision come to life – following God’s path together!

WORSHIP SCHEDULE CHANGES! Please note on your calendar:
Sunday, September 1st, Labor Day Weekend
There will be one worship service at 9:00 am in the Sanctuary.
September 29th, Meet in the Middle, 5th Sunday
Plans are for one worship service at 10:30 am, followed by a cook out and surprise dessert!   Come for some old-time gospel singing and good time fun! 
Cokes Chapel UMC Office & Childcare Center will be closed Monday, September 2nd.  Happy Labor Day Holiday!

Thank you to all who contributed to our Mission Camp.  It was a joyous success! We appreciate all our adults and youth groups who helped make this camp such a success.
Also blessings to each of you who brought school supplies, helping supply the needed supplies for our children in Coweta County.
