United Methodist Churches around North Georgia are taking up an offering in the next few weeks for Wesley Woods.  A letter from Wesley Woods reads “Your partnership is vitally important to create a world where seniors can age with grace, dignity and purpose.  We are grateful to you!”

The Mother’s Day Offering provides critical funding for financial assistance, balance & fitness classes and on-site nurses to assist with medical-related issues and a chaplain who provides spiritual counsel for residents, including grief support & hospital visits to adults living in a Wesley Woods community.

Your commitment to meeting the needs of North Georgia’s older adults makes a difference.  To give, please make your checks to Cokes Chapel UMC; on the memo line add Wesley Woods, Mother’s Day offering.  You also can give online at mothersdaygift.org, or text “MOTHER” to 243725.

Got a Grace Moment? Grace is an integral part of our faith, experience and witness of God at work in our lives.  Sharing these moments of grace will help us be more aware of God shaping and forming us. Telling

your grace experience will encourage others to see how God’s grace can be found in their life.

Your witness of grace can make a difference!  Speaking of times (such as) when you felt God’s forgiveness, or perhaps you have felt or experienced emotional, spiritual or physical healing that represents God’s grace to you. Contact Pastor Lisa or email ldempsey@cokeschapel.org to participate in worship and honor God’s grace revealed to you!

Last Chance! To submit your information in order to recognize our high school & college graduates on May 19th during the 9:00am service in the Sanctuary and the 11:00am service in the Worship Center.

Contact Kim Reindl at kreindl@cokeschapel.org or kim.reindl@gmail.com to find out what information is needed.
