CHILD CARE AID FUND – Our Childcare Center needs contributions to our Financial Aid Fund. This fund helps our parents defray some of the costs of daycare for their children. You may give cash, checks or credit card contributions at the Childcare Center. Thank you so much for helping with this important ministry.

COKES CHAPEL FOOD PANTRY WAS VERY LOW ON FOOD ITEMS! You are so responsive to our request! Our pantry is looking so much better and ready for giving to our local families.

ONE ROOF ECUMENICAL ALLIANCE OUTREACH – Special thank you to Cokes Chapel for contributions to One Roof for 2017. One Roof was able to give back 100% of all monetary donations to people in need. Donations are low, and people are still in need. Help Us Help Others!

SCOUTING FOR FOOD FEB 10 – The Scouts will be making the rounds in the community, door to door, on Saturday Feb. 10th. If you would like to donate extra dry or canned goods drop them off at Cokes Chapel Saturday morning by 9am to add to the collection efforts.

BACKPACK BUDDIES – Supplies and Food needed: This organization helps supply many Coweta County children with food for weekends and holidays. Our church helps pack the bags for Backpack Buddies. The food for the weekend is packed in plastic bags like we get at the grocery store and 500 bags are needed each week. We can help with that! Please save your bags when you shop, check that there are no holes, smooth them out, and bring them to church. We will have containers in the narthex and CWC for these — so please help. In February we will also be collecting one of the food items used by Backpack Buddies. Please consider buying one or more of the Chef BOYARDEE Variety Packs with 12 microwavable bowls. A case of 12 costs about $10.

NATIVITY SCENE? Cliff Seyler and Thom McCague are working on pulling a group of talented individuals together to create our own Nativity Scene for next Christmas. Anyone interested please contact Cliff at cliffcfc@yahoo.com or Thom at thommc49@gmail.com
