LETTERS TO CHURCH FAMILY

From Jennie Underwood for the Todd Family

To Our Church Family,

On behalf of my family, I would like to thank you so much for the care you gave us on the day of Daddy’s Celebration of Life.  We sure did appreciate the wonderful food you made for us and the ladies who served us.  You all were a bright spot in our day.  Special thanks to Brenda Hanes, Harvey Armstrong, and Velda Graydon who helped in the service.  I love you all.

From Thom McCague, Cokes Chapel Childcare Board Chair

Dear Church Members,

We received a resignation letter from Bridget Adamson on Sunday, August 13.  The Board would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Bridget for her work on behalf of the Child Care Center for the last three years and wish her well in her future endeavors.

Your Childcare Board has been diligent in the search for a new Director.  We will advise the Childcare families and the church when we have found just the right person to take us forward with the professional skills, care and love that this ministry was founded on ten years ago.  Meanwhile, we need your earnest prayers during this time transition for the Center, the staff, children, and Board.  They will be greatly appreciated.
